Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and manage nationwide sales operations across our diversified sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B industrial sales, team leadership, and strategic market development in pharmaceutical manufacturing, agrochemicals, oil & gas, or home & personal care chemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all business segments
Lead and mentor regional sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain key customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and production teams to align sales initiatives with product development
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategic planning
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive management
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
15+ years of progressive sales experience in industrial chemicals, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong knowledge of B2B sales within the relevant sectors
Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing large sales teams
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
