Role: Marketer (100% Commission-Based Only, Remote)

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketer to join the team as a full employee on a 100% commission-based structure without a fixed monthly salary. This remote role is ideal for results-driven individuals who excel at acquiring clients and generating business opportunities.

Role Description

• Identify, approach, and secure new clients for Fempire Group.
• Develop and execute creative marketing and outreach strategies to drive client acquisition.
• Conduct market research to understand potential clients’ needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Manage client relationships and maintain a pipeline of prospective opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of services and client satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (digital marketing knowledge is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of marketing, sales funnels, and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with digital tools, CRM platforms, or marketing analytics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
