Manager - Industrial Engineering

• Identifying and implementing improvements & automation in manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Leading a team of Industrial Engineers, ensuring they follow IE SOP, meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Working closely with other departments to integrate engineering solutions with business operations.

• Ensuring all processes comply with industry regulations and safety standards.

• Recommended and executed process improvements, actively participating in Indirect Labor continuous improvement workshops to enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Lead process optimization initiatives, applying industrial engineering principles to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality within manufacturing operations.

• Analyze production workflows, implement lean methodologies, and design efficient layouts to maximize productivity and resource utilization.

• Responsible of study & capacity planning of operations (cut to pack).

• Responsible of PDS (product development structure).

• New style start-up drives in sewing area to increase efficiency.

Desired Profile

• Candidate with experience in the Garments & Apparel industry.

• Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• Must have worked with larger companies.

• Exposure to GSD & Lean Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
