Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the onboarding process for customers applying for loans, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Review loan applications thoroughly and verify that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Provide clear explanations to clients regarding loan terms, conditions, and their responsibilities throughout the loan lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal teams such as credit assessment, risk, and collections to support effective loan processing and management.
Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and repayments.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to loan applications and repayments in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2-5years of experience in lending, banking, or financial services.
Good understanding of loan products, documentation requirements, and lending processes.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
