This is an outsourcing company focused on providing fair and transparent financial solutions through technology. We are currently looking for smart, target-driven, and result-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Loan Collection Agents.

Position:

Loan Collection Agent

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: ₦60,000

Performance Bonus: Up to ₦100,000-₦180,000

Weekly Airtime Allowance: ₦3,000

Work Schedule:

Monday – Saturday (4 Days onsite- 2Days off-site)

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Location:

Close proximity to Iju-ishaga, Iyana-ipaja,Agege, Ogba, Jonathan Coker, Fagba, New Oko Oba, Lagos State.

Job Responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding loan repayments

Follow up on overdue accounts

Negotiate and resolve payment issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Target-driven mindset

Previous collection experience is an added advantage

Must own a smart phone

Minimum Qualification: SSCE
