Loan Collection Officers

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Collection Officer to manage loan recovery and ensure timely repayment from customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a good understanding of debt collection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone calls, messages, and to follow up on outstanding payments
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure adherence to agreed terms
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections
• Work closely with team leaders and recovery managers to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
