Land Surveyor

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in land surveying or related role.

Proficient in the use of surveying instruments and tools (e.g., Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, GIS).

Strong knowledge of surveying methods, property boundaries, construction layouts, and mapping.

Ability to interpret construction drawings and legal documents relating to land titles and boundaries.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Must be registered with the appropriate professional body (e.g., SURCON).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively on site.
