*Job Title*: IT Support Officer

*Compensation and Benefits:*

Monthly Net Salary: ₦240,000.00 Pension, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), 13th month and Annual Leave.

*Job Summary*:

A reputable banking firm is seeking a competent and detail-oriented IT Officer to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of technology infrastructure across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of basic IT operations.

*Key Responsibilities*:

• Provide first-level technical support to users on hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams when required.

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

*Requirements*:

•Only National Diploma (ND) Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline should apply.

• Preferably male. Candidate shouldn’t be above 25 years of age as at date of application.

• Minimum of Credit in Mathematics and English at O’Level.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
