Job Summary

Kleenol Nigeria Limited is seeking a versatile, proactive, and resourceful IT Manager to oversee our daily technology operations, digital marketing efforts, and creative design needs. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional capable of managing office network infrastructure, driving online brand visibility, and handling in-house graphic design tasks. You will ensure our digital systems run smoothly while supporting the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Technical Support

- Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, ensuring all computers, printers, and office equipment are fully operational.

- Perform basic internet and network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, router configurations) to ensure zero downtime.

- Manage software installations, updates, and data - backup systems.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

- Develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to increase Kleenol’s brand awareness and lead generation.

- Oversee and optimize the company’s digital platforms and social media channels.

- Track digital marketing performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

3. Graphic Design & Brand Asset Management

- Utilize CorelDRAW (and other relevant design software) to create and edit high-quality marketing flyers, promotional materials, proposals, and corporate documents.

- Ensure all designed materials strictly align with Kleenol's corporate brand identity.

4. Operations & Administrative Support

- Advanced usage of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare administrative reports, analyze operational data, and build presentations.

- Train and support staff on basic computer literacy and the efficient use of internal digital tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will also be highly valued).

- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a combined IT support, graphic design, and digital marketing role.

Core Technical Skills:

- High level of computer literacy with deep knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac).

- High proficiency in CorelDRAW for graphic design and editing.

- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong understanding of online marketing principles, and social media management.

- Solid foundational knowledge of networking and internet troubleshooting.
