Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Inside Sales Team Lead. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring team productivity and performance. Daily tasks include training and mentoring team members, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with other departments to align sales and business goals.
