Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard working interns to join our team as HR Recruitment Interns.

The position involves assisting with day-to-day recruitment tasks, such as sourcing and conducting call-outs for potential candidates, and providing overall support in the recruitment process. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with candidates and team members, and supporting event sessions. This is a hybrid role based in Pasig, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

No experience required

Interest or skills in recruiting and hiring

Strong communication skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Available to start this July
