About the Role

As an HR Officer Intern, you will gain hands-on Human Resources and recruitment experience by working on real, live recruitment activities — sourcing genuine jobs, publishing quality listings, and promoting them across multiple platforms — while receiving structured professional training throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Post 10 jobs daily on the JobPilotNG platform.
• Source genuine job opportunities from verified employers.
• Write engaging career blog posts.
• Design professional flyers for job advertisements.
• Repost JobPilotNG jobs on external platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Boost Grad, BeBee, Nairaland) to increase visibility.
• Follow all JobPilotNG job posting guidelines.
• Revise and correct jobs rejected by the QA Officer.
• Complete a 1-week rotation as QA Officer, reviewing and approving jobs submitted by other HR Officers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable researching and verifying information online.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, or digital marketing.
• Reliable access to a laptop or smartphone and internet connection.
• Able to commit to weekly virtual training sessions and daily posting targets.
• Self-motivated, consistent, and coachable — open to feedback from QA reviews.
