JOB DESCRIPTION:
Employee Engagement
Plans, implements and manages Employee Engagement activities through a range of various projects, including, but not limited to onboarding and other communication programs for Mandaluyong, Cebu & Davao Offices.
Plan and coordinate teambuilding programs rolled out by the company to its specific section/department.
Handles the facilitation of REVS Talk to gather employee concerns/issues that may be experienced related to their role.
Consolidates all data gathered from the various Employee Engagement programs, reports the same and make recommendations and improvements.
Retention
Analyzes the data from the various communication programs to identify trends and underlying causes.
Prepare consolidated reports on this data to be presented to the management.
Provides recommendations and countermeasures to improve People Dept policies, processes and employee experience.
CSR
Provides assistance in YMPH Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities under Corporate Public Relations, including, but not limited to: Brigada Eskwela, Technical Schools, and DTS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
Preferably knowledgeable and with related experience in events management and other HR Discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PPT.
Must be able to handle conflict and sensitive information with confidentiality.
Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
