Job Description

1. Program Planning & Implementation

2. Data & Monitoring

- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data from clinics, field work, or HMOs

- Track KPIs: disease rates, patient outcomes, utilization, costs

- Prepare reports for management, donors, FMOH, NHIA/WHO compliance

3. Healthcare Delivery & Quality Control

- Monitor quality of care at partner hospitals/clinics

- Ensure services meet NAFDAC, FMOH, NHIA, WHO standards

- Handle patient complaints/escalations and improve service delivery

4. Health Education & Advocacy

- Train staff, patients, and communities on disease prevention, nutrition, hygiene, chronic disease management

- Develop IEC materials: flyers, talks, social media content

- Promote health insurance literacy for HMO enrollees

5. Stakeholder & Provider Management*

- Liaise with hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies on contracts & SLAs

- Manage relationships with NHIA, FMOH, NGOs, insurance companies

- Negotiate rates and resolve billing/claims issues

6. Risk Management & Compliance

- Identify health risks and design mitigation strategies

- Ensure patient data privacy/HIPAA compliance

- Audit providers for fraud, overbilling, or poor care

7. Budget & Resource Management

- Manage health program budgets and drug/medical supply inventory

- Forecast healthcare costs for companies/HMOs

- Recommend cost-saving measures without reducing care quality.
