As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to build strong HR systems, enhance employee engagement, and support organisational performance.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will serve as the strategic and operational lead for all HR functions within the organisation. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR policies, strengthening people management processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities, capable of building structured HR processes while maintaining a people-centric approach in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Develop effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and succession planning.
- Ensure recruitment processes align with organisational culture and long-term growth.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Manage workplace conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures professionally and confidentially.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, trust, and accountability.
- Promote employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee compensation structures and benefits programs including:
- Health insurance
- Pension contributions
- Performance bonuses
- Leave allowances
- Support the development of competitive compensation strategies.
Performance Management
- Design and formalize the organisation’s performance management framework.
- Implement structured performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers with performance improvement plans and feedback processes.
- Align employee performance with organisational goals.
Policy Development & HR Governance
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure organisational policies comply with Nigerian labour regulations and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records and HR documentation.
Training & Capacity Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Facilitate leadership and professional development initiatives.
- Promote continuous learning across the organisation.
Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain proper employee documentation including contracts, NDAs, job descriptions, and personnel records.
- Develop structured processes for employee verification and documentation.
HR Strategy & Organisational Development
- Provide strategic HR insights to support business objectives.
- Develop workforce strategies that improve productivity and organisational effectiveness.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and values.
Administrative Oversight
- Provide administrative leadership across HR-related operational matters.
- Ensure proper record keeping, documentation and reporting within the HR function.
First 6-Month Priorities
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver the following within the first six months:
- Conduct a comprehensive review and standardisation of employee records including offer letters, job descriptions, and NDAs.
- Design and implement a structured performance review process across the organisation.
- Develop and execute a robust employee verification framework.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦600,000 per month
( After Statutory deductions)
