Head of Regional Sales Operation - North Central

BUA Foods Plc is seeking an experienced Head of Regional Sales Operation – North Central to drive profitable sales growth, market expansion, and commercial excellence across the North Central region for its Flour, Pasta, Semolina, and Sugar product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to deliver business objectives.
• Expand market penetration by acquiring new customers and key accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and customers.
• Drive effective sales execution, product availability, merchandising, and distribution across all sales channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on demand planning, sales forecasting, and inventory management.
• Ensure efficient sales collections, credit compliance, and working capital optimization.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, business reviews, and commercial performance insights for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and ethical business practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years' sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
