Graphic Designer

Role Summary

The Graphics Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering visual communication in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and objectives. The role involves creating compelling designs that enhance engagement across services, events, and communication platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, websites, flyers, posters, and newsletters

• Develop visual content for services, events, and ministry programs

• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

• Collaborate with media, communications, and creative teams

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

• Prepare print-ready and digital-optimized design files

• Ensure high-quality, error-free design outputs

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects)

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and tools

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design or visual communication

• Experience in a structured or faith-based environment is an advantage

• Strong portfolio of creative design work across digital and print
