Job Title: Graduate Trainee(Visa & Client relations Officer)

Salary: N150,000 + Monthly Performance Based Bonus

As a Graduate Trainee in TAT Agency Limited, you will participate in a structured training and development program designed to build a strong foundation in the travel and tourism industry. You will receive hands-on training and practical exposure in one of the company's core business units: Visa Services and client Relations Officer.

This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking practical experience, professional development and a clear career path in a dynamic and fast-growing organization. During the training period, Graduate Trainees, will learn the processes, systems and customer service standards required to deliver exceptional travel solutions and will be assigned to one of the following departments:

1. Visa Department:

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa application processes and documentation.

• Guide applicants on visa requirements and travel regulations.

• Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with immigration guidelines.

2. Client Relations Officer:

Responsibilities

• Serve as an intermediary between clients and the fulfilment team.

• Constantly update client on their applications and service requests..

• Ensure smooth end-to-end handling of client requests, including follow-ups and updates.

• Resolve issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
