Governess / Caretaker (Live-In)

Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for daily care and support — helping with homework, oversee meals prepare done by cook, and everything in between.

Create a safe, fun, and encouraging space where teens feel heard and valued.

Help manage schedules, school activities, and provide transportation when needed.

Live on-site and be a consistent, positive presence in their lives.

Bring patience, energy, and a genuine interest in mentoring and guiding teens through their formative years.

Work closely with the family to make sure the kids are thriving emotionally, academically, and socially.
