ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Full Stack Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work across the full data lifecycle — from collection and cleaning to analysis, visualisation, and financial reporting — bridging the gap between raw business data and actionable intelligence for our clients.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires both strong technical capability and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences. If you are passionate about data, comfortable with numbers, and excited about working across multiple industries, this role was built for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain custom BI dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks for clients
• Collect, clean, and analyse large and complex datasets to surface meaningful business insights
• Support financial analysis, bookkeeping review, and management reporting across client engagements
• Build predictive models and data-driven forecasts to support client decision-making
• Translate complex data findings into clear, executive-ready reports and presentations
• Collaborate with the advisory team on business analysis and process optimisation engagements
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within client data
• Maintain data integrity and documentation across all assigned projects

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• BSc in Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related field
• Master's degree is a strong advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or finance-related role
• Demonstrated experience working with real business data and delivering client-ready outputs

Certifications (Preferred — not mandatory)

• ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or CPA
• Google Data Analytics Certificate
• Microsoft Power BI Certification
• Any other recognised data or finance certification is an advantage

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical

• Power BI or Tableau — dashboard design and KPI reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel — financial modelling, pivot tables, complex formulas
• SQL — data querying and database management
• Python or R — data analysis and automation
• ETL processes and data pipeline management
• ERP systems experience (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Data visualisation and storytelling

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative
