Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Fresh Graduate Development Program at Solid Gold Berjangka TCC. The role is located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. Participants in the program will rotate through various departments, engaging in hands-on learning experiences, completing assignments and projects, attending training sessions, and receiving mentorship to prepare for potential future roles within the company.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of initiative and eagerness to learn

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Prior internship or work experience is an advantage
