Financial Analysts

Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a real estate financial analyst. This is a full-time on-site role that involves overseeing key responsibilities including financial planning, analyzing financial statements, finance management, and daily financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.

• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Manage financial resources effectively to ensure optimal use of funds.

• Present financial reports to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• CAs with 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis in service industries, preferably in the real estate domain.

• Strong skills in financial planning, business analysis, financial statements, and financial reporting.

• Experience in finance and related fields is highly desirable.
