Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across our growing business.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and can translate financial insights into business results.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage business P&L and deliver financial performance analysis

✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

✔ Provide monthly management reports and commercial insights

✔ Drive working capital and cash flow optimization

✔ Oversee accounting operations, trial balances, and statutory reporting

✔ Manage tax compliance including VAT, WHT, CIT, and payroll taxes

✔ Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting requirements

✔ Partner with business leaders on pricing, investments, procurement, and profitability initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years' finance/accounting experience
• At least 5 years in a senior management role
• Strong FMCG finance experience preferred
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial finance activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
