Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance department in Dubai. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of financial processes, including maintaining accurate records and supporting key reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately.
Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice processing and follow-ups.
Help prepare documents for audits and financial reviews.
Monitor expenditures and assist in budget tracking.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting support role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Tally).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
