Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales-related tasks, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Administration:

- Manage sales records, databases, and CRM systems.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

- Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.

2. Sales Support:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to sales teams.

- Assist in developing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to ensure sales enablement.

3. Sales Operations:

- Manage sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements.

- Ensure compliance with sales processes and procedures.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and productivity.

4. Communication:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries.

- Communicate effectively with sales teams, management, and internal stakeholders.

- Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely manner.

5. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and records.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, NCE, HND, OND, Diploma, or equivalent in any field. Business-related qualifications are an added advantage.

2. Experience:At least 1 year of experience in sales, either personally or professionally.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Social media savvy is an added advantage.

- Business-inclined mindset is highly valued.
