This role is within a growing organization's Quality Control department, contributing significantly to maintaining high product quality and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct thorough investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.

• Prepare detailed investigation reports, documenting findings, root causes, and corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC documentation, adhering to company procedures and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with laboratory personnel to investigate laboratory-related discrepancies.

• Analyze data trends to identify potential quality issues and proactively implement preventative measures.

• Participate in internal and external audits, demonstrating proficiency in QC documentation and procedures.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of QC processes and documentation.

• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Control role within a regulated industry.

• Proven experience in investigating OOS, OOT, and laboratory investigations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw valid conclusions.

• Exceptional documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and collaboration.

• Proficiency in relevant software and systems for data analysis and documentation.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
