Role Summary:
Leads food preparation and kitchen activities, ensuring quality, consistency, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and oversee menu execution according to restaurant/hotel standards.
• Train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff.
• Maintain inventory, cost control, and food safety compliance.
• Evaluate customer feedback and adjust offerings accordingly.
Skills & Qualifications
• Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
• Familiarity with food cost control and kitchen safety protocols.
Base Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦220,000
