Job Summary
The Employment Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning processes. This role ensures that the company attracts, hires, and retains qualified employees while complying with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and job offers
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies
Maintain and update employee records and employment contracts
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce plans
Manage performance evaluation processes and support employee development initiatives
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions
Monitor staff turnover and recommend retention strategies
Prepare HR reports and analyze employment data for management decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an Employment Manager, HR Manager, or similar role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
