Ecommerce Specialist

Zetexa Global Pvt. Ltd., a growing innovator in the digital telecom and travel-tech industry, is looking for an energetic and detail-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage and optimize the online presence of our eSIM and travel connectivity products across global e-commerce platforms.

You’ll be directly contributing to our mission of simplifying international connectivity for travelers through strategic product listings, customer-centric digital content, and marketplace analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end product cataloguing and listings for eSIMs and travel-related digital products across various global e-commerce platforms.

· Ensure that product information, technical specifications, pricing, and visuals are accurate, up-to-date, and localized per region.

· Coordinate with internal supply, tech, and design teams to ensure listing readiness and inventory tracking.

· Support digital marketing campaigns across email, paid ads, SEO, and affiliate partnerships to drive marketplace traffic and sales.

· Track and analyze performance metrics including conversion rates, search rankings, and regional sales data.

· Handle basic customer service interactions related to product listings or order inquiries.

· Conduct ongoing competitive research in the digital telecom/eSIM space to stay ahead of market trends.

· Work closely with UX and content teams to align listing experiences with brand standards and improve customer engagement.

· Identify and act on opportunities to boost visibility and drive international sales via targeted campaigns and listing optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or telecom-related marketplaces.

• Familiarity with listing digital products and subscriptions is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of international marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and e-commerce management tools.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Proficient in Excel and tools like Google Analytics or marketplace dashboards.

• Passion for digital trends, international markets, and emerging tech in telecom/travel.
