Job Description
We are looking for a skilled MIS Specialist who is proficient in MIS, reports, and dashboards related to CRM Marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to present actionable insights and have strong database management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage large sets of customer databases and ensure data clean-ups, scrubbing, and validation checks are performed according to defined rules and guidelines.
• Develop campaign analytics and automations, and handle database segmentation.
• Closely work with Campaign Managers to drive desired efficiencies across campaign metrics on response, cost, etc.
Requirements:
• Subject matter expert (SME) for technology and tools required for smooth running of Campaign Management.
• High levels of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.), SQL, and project management skills.
• Strong collaboration & stakeholder management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About the Role:
This role involves working closely with the team and internal stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to ensure the smooth running of CRM campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing campaign MIS, reports, and dashboards, and presenting actionable insights.

Education and Experience:
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree.
