Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and goods according to assigned schedules.
• Ensure use of delivery apps to work daily.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and within specified timelines.
• Verify delivery information, obtain signatures, and maintain proof of delivery records.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize delivery times.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Handle items with care to prevent loss or damage during transit.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on the assigned motorcycle.
• Ensure the motorcycle is clean, roadworthy.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Report accidents, delays, vehicle faults, or security concerns immediately.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries.
• Assist with other logistics and operational duties as assigned.
