Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new customers through door-to-door prospecting, market storms and cold calling.
Educate potential clients on our products, explaining the benefits and terms clearly.
Assist customers with the digital registration process ensuring all KYC documents are accurate and complete.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and encourage repeat business.
Collect and report insights on competitor activities and customer pain points to help improve our product offerings.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for new accounts and volume.
