Customer Service Representatives

Ideal candidate must be able to

• Attend to online and walk-in clients
• Process and follow up on customer orders
• Convert leads and social media engagement into sales
• Upsell products and achieve sales targets
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries across platforms
• Track parcels, abandoned carts, and customer feedback/reviews
• Upload products, testimonials, and promotional content on sales channels
• Support flash sales, product launches, and stock monitoring
• Work with production and other departments to improve product movement
• Prepare weekly reports and carry out other assigned duties related to the role
• Knowledge of herbs/plant science is an added advantage
• Living in anthony environs is an added advantage
