
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive brand experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone
- Handle product questions, order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or retail support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
