Role Summary:

Provides guests with an excellent experience through attentive service, problem resolution, and hospitality support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at reception and by phone/email.

• Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Hospitality or customer service experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, calm, and solution-oriented.

Base Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦110,000
