Description:
• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Handle follow up of generated leads and ensure their conversion to sales
• Customer relationship management to ensure repeat purchases, customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Development of lead conversion strategies to convert old and difficult leads.
• Support for sales and marketing through telemarketing, sales leads generation, profiling, visits when needed, CRM update, etc.
• Understanding of prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding targets.
• Contribute to data collection, entry, and basic data analysis for reporting and service improvements.
• Prospect, sign new up new corporate accounts and ensure they are functional and productive.
• Handle the official phone line, web chat and email communications, providing appropriate and professional responses to both current and prospective clients ensuring they are satisfied with our product and services.
• Recruit and manage affiliates, freelancers and sub agent portfolios to increase in sales generation, revenue and profit margin.
• Ensure all client correspondence reflects the brand’s professionalism and commitment to travel excellent
• Attend sales meetings, events and conferences for networking and to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Contributing to the bottom-line through cross selling, upselling and sale of supplementary travel products.
• Negotiating and closing sales through phone calls and visits, when necessary and any other assigned tasks.
