The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with their services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the Company's reputation for outstanding customer care and contributing to the overall success of their operations. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and potentially other communication channels. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding our services, bookings, billing, account management, and general information. - Actively listen to customers, clarify their needs, and provide accurate and comprehensive information. - Efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary. - Process booking modifications, cancellations, and new service requests with accuracy and attention to detail. - Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings, policies, and procedures. - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and completely. - Proactively identify and report any recurring customer issues or trends to the relevant teams. - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. - Adhere to all company policies and service standards. - Potentially assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience of at least 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the transportation, automotive, or technology industries. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus. - Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to help people. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to work within assigned shift hours.
