Brand Storytelling & Messaging:
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates with parents and caregivers.
• Write compelling product descriptions, ad copies, website content, and social media captions that drive engagement and conversions.
Content Strategy & Execution:
• Ideate, plan, and execute long-form and short-form content for blogs, email marketing, and website landing pages.
• Research and create content that is SEO-optimized and aligned with consumer search behaviour.
• Craft engaging scripts for product videos, reels, and brand storytelling.
Marketing & Campaign Copywriting:
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create persuasive campaign messaging for digital ads, social media, and performance marketing.
• Develop email and SMS marketing content that enhances retention and customer engagement.
• Write compelling headlines, taglines, and CTA-driven content for various brand touchpoints.
Community & Engagement Content:
• Create engaging and informative content tailored for parents, fostering a sense of community around the brand.
• Stay updated on trends in parenting, kidswear, and D2C to craft relevant, timely content.
• Work closely with customer insights teams to develop content that addresses real customer needs and questions.
Editing & Quality Control:
• Proofread and edited all content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Maintain a high grammar, spelling, and tone standard across all content pieces.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in content/copywriting, preferably in D2C, fashion, or a good agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of brand storytelling, performance-driven content, and creative marketing copy.
• Experience with SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to create consumer-centric content.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design, marketing, and product teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferably
