Contract & Commercial Head

• Leading the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts related to renewable energy assets, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), vendor contracts, O&M (operations and maintenance) agreements, and EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) contracts.

• Ensuring all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Managing relationships with legal teams and external legal counsel to ensure contracts are favorable and mitigate risks.

• Developing and executing commercial strategies to maximize the profitability and long-term value of renewable energy assets.

• Overseeing the commercial structuring of projects, including pricing, financing models, and partnerships.

• Identifying new revenue streams and optimization opportunities for energy generation and sales.
