Compliance Officers

Job Description:

- Ensure the company complies with all applicable financial regulations and standards

- Ongoing review of changes in legislation and alerting management appropriately.

- Draft, update, and enforce internal rules that reflect both legal mandates and group-level governance

- Maintain up-to-date compliance checklists and reports

- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, licensing, and vendor agreements

- Ensure necessary licenses/permits remain valid and are renewed timely

- Analyze compliance risks, conduct audits, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, Business, or similar

- 3 years in corporate legal/compliance, regulatory environments, contract law

- Strong in analytical skill.

- Industry certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, CAMS) preferred.

- Placement: South Jakarta.
