Provide legal advice to management on banking, corporate, and regulatory matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

Ensure compliance with guidelines of the Central Bank of Nigeria and other regulatory authorities.

Manage debt recovery processes and represent the Bank in court where necessary.

Handle corporate governance matters, board resolutions, and statutory filings.

Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate action.

Liaise with external solicitors and regulatory bodies when required.
