Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commis 3 to join our kitchen team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about baking, culinary and eager to grow in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation and daily mise en place.

• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across workstations, in line with FSSAI standards.

• Support the kitchen team with ingredient prep, packaging, and inventory handling.

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of online orders.

• Comply with all food safety and kitchen operation protocols.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in a commercial or cloud kitchen (freshers welcome).

• Understanding of basic kitchen operations and food hygiene.

• Eagerness to learn, ability to follow instructions, and work efficiently under pressure.

• Team player with a flexible, positive attitude.

• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
