Assisting with sick leave notes, regulatory reporting and medical reports.
Assisting with investigation requests.
Coordinating departmental OPD procedure scheduling.
Compiling, submitting and following up on insurance approvals.
Coordinating inter-departmental referrals and follow-up.
Arranging cross referrals.
Coordinating departmental OT lists.
Managing Consumables (Store).
Adhere to all safety, health, and infection control procedures.
Maintain awareness of and comply with, the NMC Policies and Procedures
Participate in all activities related to DOH/DHA/MOH/MOHAP and NMC Quality Improvement when required
Understand Uphold the regulatory and accreditation standards and which of them apply to their daily working practice

High school diploma or equivalent
Nursing Background preferred
1 year experience in relevant role/ healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
