Role: Client Servicing- Interns

Location: Mumbai

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in the field of Mass Media/Marketing/Advertising & Communications

• Pursuing/Completed PG in the field of Advertising/Digital Marketing

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Proficient in English (Written and Spoken)

• Active user of social platforms – Especially Instagram, Facebook, YT & X (Twitter)

• Understanding of platform algorithms – Knows how timing, hashtags, and engagement affect visibility on platforms

• Understands platform-specific content (e.g., reels, carousels, stories)

• Eager to learn from metrics – Knows basic insights (likes, reach, engagement)

• Attention to detail – Ensuring no errors in execution of tasks

• Good communication skills, confidence to face clients

• Willingness to learn and grow, Enthusiastic, Energetic and Adaptable

• Content Ideation – Coming up with fresh, fun and engaging content ideas

• Team player – Willing to learn and collaborate with designers, fellow client servicing peers, and copywriters

• Open to feedback – Can take direction and improve ideas/content accordingly

Good to have Skills:

• Trend awareness – Keeping an eye on trending sounds, memes, and challenges

• Trendspotting – Quickly identifying viral sounds, memes, formats, and cultural moments

• Cultural relevance – Understanding the tone and nuances of internet culture

• Timeliness – Ability to react fast and jump on relevant moments

• Scroll-savvy – Loves exploring new content and creators

• Detail-oriented – Cares about things like hashtags, alignment, and tone

• Self-starter – Comes to the table with ideas, not just tasks
