Role & responsibilities
• Agency Channel Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and executesales-boosting cross sell campaignstailored for the Agency channel, driving agent productivity and premium growth through cross sell in line with monthly and quarterly channel objectives
• Design data-driven initiatives to enhance new agent productivity, customer retention campaigns through cross sell and explore new cross-sell opportunities
• Align campaigns with field sales teams, ensuring seamless execution and adoption at branch and agent levels
• Sales Performance & Growth Initiatives:
• Work closely with regional and zonal sales heads to drive key performance metrics
• Identify sales challenges and create tactical interventions to improve agent engagement and business outcomes
• Track and optimize campaigns based onbusiness targets, agent productivity, and revenue impact
• Stakeholder & Field Engagement:
• Partner withagency sales teams, training, and product teamsto drive frontline enablement and campaign effectiveness
• Engage with branch leadership toexecute localized sales strategiesand ensure field participation in campaigns
• Ensure alignment withdigital, IT, and analyticsteams for smooth execution of tech-enabled campaigns
• Process Optimization & Campaign Automation:
• Leverage CRM, sales enablement tools, and automation platforms to optimize campaign execution
• Create structured SOPs to streamline campaign rollout and tracking mechanisms
• Implement best practices foragent engagement, incentive campaigns, and digital adoption
Preferred candidate profile
7-12 years in life insurance, with strong exposure toAgency sales, sales strategy and frontline campaign execution
Key Skills
• Agency Channel Expertise:Deep understanding of agent activation, retention and sales performance levers through cross sell
• Sales & Business Acumen:Ability to drive revenue growth throughtargeted interventions and strategic execution
• Campaign Planning & Execution:Proven track record in executinghigh-impact, data-driven campaignsat field level
• Stakeholder Management:Strong collaboration with frontline sales, marketing, product, and training teams
Tech & Digital Savvy:Exposure to CRM tools, campaign automation, and data-driven decision-making
