Responsibilities
What You’ll do:
Manage the entire media house, staff and media equipment
Develop and execute the company's strategy for enterprise sales and partnerships
Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities
Develop and manage enterprise sales and partnership programs
Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers and partners
Set and achieve revenue goals for enterprise sales and partnerships
Oversee the enterprise sales and partnership team
Track and measure the performance of enterprise sales and partnerships
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for enterprise sales and partnerships.
Manage the team budget and resources
Requirements
What You’ll need:
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
5+ years of experience in BDM or Managerial or a related role
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and the enterprise sales landscape
Candidate should have profound knowledge in media space, conversant with media equipment including camera, drone, mic, gimbal, etc.
Candidate should know how to drive and have a valid drivers' license
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage and lead a team
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
