The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales of real estate properties. The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting company offerings, and contributing to overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and investors
- Negotiate deals and close transactions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, agents, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive leads
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate (0–3+ years)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Networking and relationship building
- Time management and organization
