Manis Homes & Properties Ltd is a prestigious and fast rising real estate development company with head office at Mabushi Abuja.

We are looking for a smart, versatile professional to support key areas of our business, including marketing, customer service, HR coordination, business development, and basic financial administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work across multiple functions to enhance company growth and operational efficiency.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Paid Marketers

• Marketing Managers

• Marketing Operations Staff

• Business Development Executive

• Business Development Manager

• Customer Service Officer (female; with real estate sales experience)

• HR/Legal officer - Fresh Law Graduate (max. 1 year post-call; interest in real estate marketing)

• Fresh Accounting Graduate (with real estate sales experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives.

Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Support HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination.

Analyze market, customer, and financial data to prepare useful reports.

Maintain accurate administrative and basic accounting records.

Identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Recommend improvements to processes and overall workflow.
