This is a commission-based, commitment-driven business development opportunity for a Business Development Associate. This role is not full-time and not on-site; it is ideal for self-motivated individuals who can work remotely or hybrid while earning based on performance. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s client base.
The role involves market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to implement strategies that drive revenue growth. Building and maintaining long-term partnerships will also be a key part of this opportunity.
Qualifications
• Strong interest in business development, sales, or consulting
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently without supervision
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
• Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
• Basic knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, or client acquisition
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve performance
• Familiarity with hospitality, HR, corporate services, or consulting environments is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales, business development, consulting, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory
