Kashco Services is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to drive business growth, strengthen brand awareness, attract new customers, and increase revenue. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives while identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, email, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Oversee content creation, branding, and marketing communications.
• Manage and grow the company's online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing KPIs and prepare reports for management.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external agencies where necessary.
• Generate leads, build strategic partnerships, and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of marketing or business development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content marketing, email automation, and inbound marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Understanding of performance marketing and lead generation strategies.
